@Gargron is it possible that the Paperclip upgrade could have the side-effect of breaking not-real-S3-but-S3-compatible storage? I just don't know the area that well. I'm getting nothing logged beyond "invalid credentials" kinda things.
I have to run out to work right now, but I'll dig in later.
So it seems that what's going on now is that Google Cloud Storage is rejecting authentication.
It's in S3 compatible mode, and has been working for a long time. Default project hasn't changed, the keys in the management still match what's in the Masto config.
This is going to be one of those annoying issues, isn't it?
